Register and login

1.        What is Universe of privileges?

Universe of privileges is a Loyalty program for Privatbank clients. Clients can become participants of the Program according to the Program Rules. Participants accumulate bonuses that can be exchanged for various rewards, such as gift certificates for shops and restaurants, etc.

2.        What kind of cards take part in the Program?

Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite cards issued by the Bank take part in the Program.

3.        How can I register my account?

For registration, you need to complete the following steps:

Step 1. Go to https://visa.pb.ua/, enter your mobile phone number bound to the Privatbank card and click on the "Login" button.

Step 2. Enter the 4-digit code you have received in an SMS message and click "Confirm entry". You will be redirected to a page with pre-entered data of your profile.

Step 3. To complete the registration, you need to check the details of your profile. If necessary, you can change the email address, sex and city. After that read the Program Rules, confirm your agreement to follow them by selecting an appropriate check-boxes and click "Register".

Step 4. After that you will be redirected to the profile page of the Universe of privileges. Please confirm your email address to complete registration.

4.        How to log in Loyalty program account?

Go to  https://visa.pb.ua/. If you are a registered user, you will be redirected to the profile page of the Universe of privileges upon clicking the "Login" button and entering the one-time code. If you are not registered with the Universe of privileges, complete your registration by following the instructions given in question 3 above.

5.        Can I use my Privat24 bank details to enter the Universe of privileges site?

You use your financial phone number to log into your Universe of privileges account as described in question 3 above.

Accumulation of bonuses

1.        How can I earn reward bonuses?

You can earn reward bonuses every time you use Privatbank products. Please pay attention to the list of bonuses for each product and type of transaction:

In case of payment for goods and services by Visa Platinum, Visa Signature or Visa Infinite of Privatbank by making e-commerce transactions (domestic and foreign), except for transactions via UA-UBER, bonuses are credited according to the following formula:

Bonuses are credited after registering card in the Program:

• 1 bonus is credited for 10 UAH.

1 bonus is written off for each 0,10 UAH.

Besides the standard bonuses that are credited for e-commerce payments by Visa cards, different types of additional bonuses are credited:

If the Participant has several cards registered in the Program, bonuses are accrued in the amount corresponding to the card of the highest type.

As for Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, issued by the Bank and registered for participation in the Program, bonuses are credited once the Participant has registered on the Website.

In certain situations, in some cases, particularly during promotion campaigns or special promotions and offers from the Program Initiator, Bank or Program Partners, additional bonuses may be credited according to the rules for crediting additional bonuses. Information on these bonuses is provided separately and they are applied together with other bonuses on terms of these promotions, special promotions and offers.

2.        How quickly will bonuses appear on my account after I made a  purchase by my card?

Bonuses for purchases made by your card are credited to your account within 1-3 business days after the transaction appeared on your card statement.

3.        How do I know the number of credited bonuses?

Log in to your account, the available bonuses are displayed on the top right side of the navigation menu bar - Your balance. You can also click on Personal account to see detailed information about your  account. To see the number of bonuses earned, go to the "My balance" page.

4.        Where can I see the number of Welcome Bonuses that have been credited to my account?

Log into your account, click on "Personal Profile" at the top of the navigation menu. To see the Welcome Bonuses received, go to My Balance page.

You can also see a detailed account statement by selecting a period in My Balance menu.

5.        I have several cards participating in a Loyalty program. How do I know the number of bonuses earned by each card?

Log into your account, click "Personal Profile". In the "Personal Profile" click "My Balance" and here you can see the total number of bonuses earned for each card bound to your profile by selecting a specific period.

6.        What`s the expiration date of my bonuses?

Bonuses expire in 36 months after the date they were credited.

Managing my account

1.        How can I log into my account?

You can access your account online 24/7 using your financial mobile phone number to enter the  https://visa.pb.ua/ site.

2. What is a valid card?

Valid card is any card bound to your Loyalty program account, which has not expired.

3. What is a verified email address? How can I verify my email address?

A verified email address is an email address registered in the Loyalty program which went through verification process. You can confirm your email address when registering in the Loyalty program by clicking on the confirmation email link in the welcome email that was sent to you. You can also verify your email address by logging into your account and accessing the email confirmation option in the section (see next question for detailed steps).

4. How can I verify my email address during registration?

You will receive a welcome email with a confirmation link upon registering in the Loyalty program. Click on the link to verify your email address.

Please note that the confirmation link is active for 20 minutes since the moment you have received an email. If you are unable to click on the link within 20 minutes, you could verify your email address through your account and email verification options in the section (see next question for detailed steps).

5. I did not confirm my email address when registering in the Loyalty program. How can I verify my email address now?

Please log in again to your account. You will be offered to verify your email. If you click "Please confirm your email address", a confirmation code will be sent to the email address you used for registration in the Loyalty program. Enter the confirmation code and click "Confirm email address." You will receive a confirmation message saying that you have successfully verified your email address.

6. I have several Privatbank cards. Can I sum up bonuses accumulated on all my cards in one account?

Yes, bonuses credited on your several cards which take part in the Program are summed up on one account.

Your card details will be automatically added to your account upon your registration in the Program. No more than 5 cards can be added to one account.

You can see the cards bounded to your account by logging into your Loyalty program account in your Personal Profile in My bank cards section.

8. My Privatbank card has expired / is lost / stolen, and I received a new card from the bank. How do I know if bonuses are credited to my new card?

Your card details will be automatically added to your Loyalty program account after your registration in the Program. You can see the cards bounded to your account by logging into your Loyalty program account in your Personal Profile in the My bank cards section.

9. Can I change my profile and personal data?

Yes, you can update your profile and personal details by logging into your account here https://visa.pb.ua/.

Once logged in, you will be able to manage your profile data, settings and contact information. Information on your e-mail, city, sex, language for communication is available for editing. Participants are recommended to update their profile data regularly to get more benefits from the huge variety of rewards.

Certificates

1.        Until what date do I need to use the certificate?

The certificate must be used before the expiration date specified in your certificate.

2.         Do I need to show a certificate in the shop for payment?

Yes, you need to show a certificate in the shop to pay for the goods.

3.        Can I pay for a discounted goods?

The final rules for using the certificate are regulated by the partner chain.

4.        Can I exchange a certificate for money?

No. The certificate is non-exchangeable and is not subject to return.

Other questions

1. What should I do if a letter from the Program did not come to my email after checking and confirming the profile?

Check your Spam folder. If there is no letter in it, get back to the Program website, where you could also confirm your email address through your account in the Loyalty program and email verification parameters in the section (for detailed steps, see the Managing my account section, item 5).

2. What should I do if I cannot enter my personal account on the site?

Make sure that all digits of the financial phone number are correct. If there is no result, contact the customer service center at +380739000002, +380989000002, +380509000002.

3. What should I do if my profile contains incorrect data?

To update your profile data, you need to go to your personal account on the Program website. In the section "My profile" - enter the updated data in the appropriate fields and click the "Save" button.

4. Can I hand over my gift certificate to my family or friends?

You can hand your gift certificate over to anyone, but note that the certificate can only be used once.

5. I do not have an access to the site. Can I exchange bonuses for certificate by phone?

You can exchange bonuses for certificate only on the Program website. Our support service managers do not have access to your personal account so cannot perform any actions on your behalf.
